With the Stereoscopic Equipment and Data Pipeline designed by 3DCC we Captured RAW 2K Uncompressed Files to maximise Image quality using the award winning Silicon Imaging Cameras.

Our production ran as smooth as silk from start to finish on a very tight schedule. The files were delivered to Deluxe twice a day and we did not exceed our 9 week shooting schedule.

3D Camera Company provided us with a package that was extremely versatile that allowed us to shoot at the speed of Film and to meet our needs and maintain the quality and look we required for our Movie.

My experience with the 3DCC crew, equipment and workflow was one of a positive nature. We didn’t loose one “frame” of data. The 3DCC system was an efficient tool that worked for me not against me. Indeed, we averaged 30 setups a day on a tight 40 day schedule and it is a credit to your crew and gear for achieving this, without any major “3D delays”. We shot as if this was a 2D movie on film.

Although there were other systems available at the time, I chose the 3DCC system because the camera could be hand held/steadicam, you have matched sets of Arri Zeiss PL lenses, service and backups, efficient workflow, knowledgeable crew and Stereographers. Indeed the whole process of 3D was explained very well to both the crew and Producers and what was required, very open and no smoke and mirrors.
