Your tag line at the 3D camera company is “Life is 3D” — when did you start making your life all about shooting 3D?

I was on the ground level of stereo camera equipment development at IMAX in 1984. The last 26 years, I have been testing and developing hardware for large format 3D, starting with the development of IMAX mirror rigs and the IMAX 3D camera systems.

Since then I have been a freelance Stereographer on twelve 3D IMAX documentaries, as well as director / DP on five 3D IMAX documentaries.
